Family Medicine Physician; MD​/DO - UNC Primary Care at Clayton

Overview

UNC Primary Care at Clayton, in partnership with UNC Health Johnston, located in Clayton, NC, are seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join their team. This practice meets and exceeds the challenges of providing care to significant patient needs with complex clinical management, patient complexities and chronic disease management. Experienced candidates preferred but will consider exemplary new grads. Rural Incentive Package!

• Manage a complex patient panel with chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (dietician, social worker and pharmacist rotate through clinic and available virtually).
• Utilize EMR (EPIC) for patient care documentation and coordination.
• Participate in onsite lab and X-ray services.
