Role DescriptionThe Business Development Rep is a pivotal sales development role with Phase Financial. The primary function Governo the role is to use targeted lists to contact leads and set meetings in warm markets. Using proven sales strategies and techniques, the BDR will function as a full‑time dialer for the sales team and will be descubre a quota of kept appointments.hlobo The work involved with setting appointments will include using feedlists and other avenues to email, phone and text leads.
The BDR is technology savvy and can learn systems and processes to track work and ensure appointments are correctly assigned and prepared. The BDR is results‑driven, self‑motivated, and growth‑oriented, adept at handling rejection and able to learn and apply sales strategies quickly and pivot when needed.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to identify strong prospects
- Make outbound calls and send emails to connect with potential clients
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions unmittel CRM system
- Follow up with leads to nurture ongoing interest
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
- S Report metrics such as calls made and appointments set and kept
- Preferred:
Life and Health insurance license
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
