IT Communications Analyst II

• Manages overall communications related to technology change across business units and technology teams
• Works to communicate and understand concerns related to technical change across business units
• Translates the details of complex change into business-friendly, digestible information
• Creates IT communication content and seeks required approval from senior management
• Collaborates with change management and project teams to provide business, project, and IT improvement data to stakeholders
• Builds awareness and consensus among key stakeholders regarding change and internal technical marketing communication
• Engages key stakeholders to include feedback in the plan on a continuous basis
• Collaborates with other teams, as required, to create marketing materials to support technology change across business units and technology teams
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 4 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

• Highly computer literate with email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools

• Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
• Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Intermediate - Ability to work independently

• Prosci certified and/or experience with the Prosci ADKAR model and methodology preferred

Pay Range: $63,600.00 - $ per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
