We are seeking a dedicated, highly reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to help maintain the pristine standards of the MAC Clayton Clubhouse while working hands‑on alongside the housekeeping team.

• Lead and support a team of Housekeepers by working directly alongside them in daily cleaning tasks across all club spaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining rooms, lounges, restrooms, fitness areas, meeting rooms, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Perform hands‑on housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, surface care, floor care, and trash removal.
• Conduct walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet MAC standards for appearance, hygiene, and member experience.
• Assist in developing daily cleaning schedules, checklists, and task assignments based on business volume and operational needs.
• Train and coach Housekeepers on proper cleaning techniques, product usage, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with F&B Managers, Engineering, and Operations to address cleaning needs, repairs, or urgent maintenance issues.
• Support setup and cleanup during events, high‑volume days, and special functions.
• Uphold MAC Clayton's professional appearance and service expectations, leading by example at all times.

• 3‑5 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience required; supervisory experience in hotels, private clubs, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to perform hands‑on cleaning duties throughout each shift.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining elevated cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a small housekeeping team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, member‑focused environment.
