Internal Audit Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the finance and corporate governance sector, is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their team. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be part of the Internal Audit Department supporting the corporate finance and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Manage audit teams of 3 to 4 auditors performing risk‑based financial audits and SOX 404 control reviews across global business units.
• Assist the Director of Internal Audit with departmental administrative duties and strategic planning.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to enhance corporate governance.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to plan and execute audit procedures efficiently.
• Travel approximately 10%, primarily within the United States, with opportunities to visit locations in Costa Rica, Romania, and the Philippines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial audit experience.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CFA are required.
• Experience with Big 4 firms or internal audit roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a motivation to make a meaningful impact.
