As a Corporate Accountant, you will ensure that all assigned accounting records and internal reports are prepared and maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company policies, and procedures.
** In this role you will:
*** Maintain control procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and Company policies.
* Assist in the completion of general ledger accounts and related internal reports.
* Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and review of financial statements.
* Evaluate and improve internal accounting processes, ensuring that processes align with Company policy.
* Participate with Corporate management in annual budgeting.
** What you bring to the table:
*** Minimum of 3 years experience required:
Progressive professional accounting experience with costing, budget, and tax responsibilities
* 4 year degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration
* Knowledge of GAAP
* Strong mathematical skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Leadership skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Time management skills
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to exercise good judgment and deal with confidential information
* Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate

Hours:

** Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office
** Compensation Details:
** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $80,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
