Greenprint Capital, LLC is seeking an Associate to join its Portfolio Management team, which is responsible for post-close tax equity fundings and ongoing asset management across the firm’s renewable energy investment portfolio. The role supports the execution of funding obligations, compliance oversight, performance monitoring, risk management, investor reporting, and partnership dispositions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tax equity fundings, including reviewing, tracking, and obtaining approval of funding conditions
- Monitor project milestones and oversee compliance, reporting, distribution waterfall calculations, and consent requirements
- Maintain and update investment performance models and analyze key performance indicators and portfolio metrics
- Evaluate budget-to-actual performance for tax benefits, cash flows, and investment economics
- Review and interpret complex legal documentation, including LLCAs, ECCAs, MIPAs, transfer agreements, and related financing documents
- Coordinate with sponsors, investors, and external counsel to identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks
- Perform financial analysis and conduct compliance audits to support ongoing risk management
- Prepare clear, high-quality reporting for senior management and investors
- 2-5 years of experience in asset management, credit risk, or banking within project finance; experience in power and renewable energy preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex investment structures and documentation
- Familiarity with tax equity and structured finance agreements, including LLCAs, ECCAs, MIPAs, and tax credit transfer documentation
- Knowledge of U.S. power markets and revenue structures (PPAs, tolling agreements, hedges, merchant exposure)
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities, assess risk, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- $100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus potential (typically up to 15% of base).
