We are seeking a highly organized, self‑motivated Client Intake Specialist to join our team on a part‑time basis (10–15 hours/week to start, with a possible opportunity for more hours). This is a hybrid position. You will report directly to our Client Care Coordinator.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
• Gather and document client information accurately
• Schedule client appointments and manage the calendar
• Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for all clients
• Collaborate with the Client Care Coordinator and other team members to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations

• Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented; must be a super‑organized self‑starter
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
• Availability for prime time hours (Monday and/or Friday 9:00 am–1:00 pm)
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
