We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Clayton, Missouri. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:- Pay $22.00-$23.00 to start!
- 6-Month Assignment
- Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Onsite)
- The Administrative Assistant will mainly be responsible for compilation of filing packets from offshore in office, assisting with customer signed forms, and assisting with pulling any items for the remote team member from the office filing cabinets.
- This position will also be responsible for assisting with processing incoming mail as needed as well as assisting with in-office event coordination as needed.
- Experience working as an office clerk or administrative assistant is Highly Preferred.
- Experience working with a team is Preferred.
