- Valid CRNA certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain MI license)
- Proven experience in anesthesia delivery, with the ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of Epic EMR systems
- Ability to manage a high-volume surgical schedule with at least 20 cases per day
- Competence in caring for diverse age groups and complex cases, including trauma
- Excellent communication skills and professional judgment
- Previous experience working in a Level 4 trauma center
- Familiarity with pediatric to geriatric anesthesia
- Experience working under supervision of an anesthesiologist
- Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or related trauma certifications
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Minimum of 2 years of post‑graduate anesthesia practice
- Prior experience with Epic EMR is highly preferred
- Willingness to work sporadic PRN shifts with potential for future coverage dates
- Successful completion of Epic training prior to start (waivers available for experienced providers)
- Orientation required before commencement, including a physical and 5‑panel drug screen within 30 days
- Candidates needing licensure in Michigan are encouraged to apply
