Position Summary

Florim USA is seeking a Logistics Clerk to join our Shipping Department. This role ensures that all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately processed, documented, and communicated with carriers and internal teams. The Logistics Clerk is critical to maintaining smooth operations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position is ideal for highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.

• Prepare daily outbound and inbound shipping paperwork
• Coordinate LTL and truckload pickups and record confirmation numbers
• Prepare packing slips, labels, and Bills of Lading (manual and SAP-generated)
• Enter shipment details, seal numbers, carrier information, and tracking into SAP and Excel
• Maintain daily scheduled inbound and outbound shipment reports
• Create and update CSR and customer shipment reports
• Provide LTL freight quotes based on weight and destination
• Schedule carrier pickup appointments and maintain shipping logs
• Reprint and update pallet labels as needed
• Communicate shipment updates to carriers and internal teams

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel (data entry, reports, basic formulas)
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing/shipping environment
• Attention to detail and ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience preparing Bills of Lading and shipping documentation
