Driver, Syotos Tech Ride-Share

Overview

SYOTOS Technologies is a disabled-veteran owned, start-up, ride-share service in the Clarksville, TN to Nashville, TN area. Our ride-share offers a secure, trust-based transportation ecosystem operated exclusively by teammates with experience as military, law enforcement, emergency responders, or verified military spouses. Every driver is mission-aligned, credentialed, and focused on providing safe, consistent, and values-driven transportation to riders of all backgrounds. This approach creates safer communities, restores trust in mobility, and redefines what it means to serve—on and off duty.

All Drivers are expected to represent themselves as a part of Syotos and the company’s standard operating procedures while conducting business. This includes:

• Passenger Safety - Drivers must follow all on road traffic laws.
• Confidentiality - Keep the passengers information private.
• Vehicle Upkeep - Keep your vehicle up to standard for positive experience.
• Punctuality - Arrive on time for all scheduled pickups.
• Professionalism - Dress appropriately, no offensive language/behavior, open and close door for passengers.
• Security Measures - You must keep all tracking devices, emergency response systems and cameras on at all times during hours of operation.
• Zero Substance Use - No tolerance policy. This will result in immediate termination.

• Military, police officer, or first responder experience (past or present) with documented proof.
• Valid driver License.
• Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
• Ability to download and operate the Syotos driver app.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Compensation comes out to about $20 an hour. This is subject to change based on the amount of time the driver works and the median amount for drivers in their area.
