LSI is seeking Irrigation Technicians to join our team. This role is eligible for commission on all repairs/sales. LSI is a national award-winning family‑owned firm headquartered in Nashville, TN since 1988. We offer Full Time, Year‑Round employment, Monday to Friday 7AM‑4PM.

• Repairing and maintaining commercial irrigation systems.
• Troubleshooting, scheduling, and repairing irrigation systems.
• Installing systems and ensuring that they function efficiently.
• Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves and performing pump repairs.
• Adhering to company’s safety policy and ensuring the public is safe while in contact with crews.
• Ensuring customers are satisfied through effective communication.
• Reporting results to the Irrigation Account Manager.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to move up to 75 lb.
