Mister Sparky of Middle TN is seeking experienced and customer-focused Electrical Service Technicians to join our fast-growing Field Operations team. In this role, you will perform residential electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring the highest level of safety and customer satisfaction. Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components.

Plan and execute layouts for wiring and equipment based on specifications and codes.

Inspect and test electrical systems for safety and compliance.

Provide options and recommendations to customers with professionalism and clarity.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and company vehicle.

Communicate clearly with team members and other departments.

Participate in ongoing training and adhere to all safety and performance standards.

Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in every home.

Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience.

Basic understanding of local and national electrical codes.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to troubleshoot, read wiring diagrams, and use electrical test tools.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

GED or high school diploma required.

Willingness to obtain necessary licenses (support provided).

Must pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.

Monday – Friday, with overtime and on‑call rotation

Extended hours may occasionally be required depending on workload

No relocation required, but candidates must be able to commute reliably to job sites
