Job Qualifications-

• 10+ years of safety management or leadership experience in electrical, construction, or industrial trades
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety practices
• OSHA 30 required

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA 500 – Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for Construction
• OSHA 510, OSHA 511, OSHA 521, OSHA 2264
• OSHA 3015, OSHA 3095, OSHA 3115
• CSP, ASP, or CHST certifications

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
• Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard safety management platforms
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, sit, reach, and handle tools or equipment
• Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs
• Vision requirements include close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Work environment ranges from quiet office settings to high‑noise construction sites
• Position is primarily office‑based with scheduled field visits
