Overview

The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings, is seeking a full-time Account Manager for our Sales division at our Clarksville, Tennessee location.

We differentiate ourselves by expanding operations to provide unbeatable specialty services, a large inventory, energy-efficient solutions, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting customer offices and job sites
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships to generate and close sales opportunities
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly gross profit dollar targets
  • Working with key vendors to promote products and increase sales through joint calls
  • Selling all products within our offering
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical and industrial piping applications
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Possess polished sales skills, communication and organizational skills
  • Motivated team player who takes initiative
Work Setting

Clarksville, Tennessee. Monday – Friday, day shift
