We are looking for dedicated employees to join our team to help our customers have the best experience possible every time they enter a DTLR store.

A Part-Time Sales Associate is expected to drive sales and customer relationships through excellent customer service and selling techniques. Responsibilities include store functions such as product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. The key focus areas are customer service, sales, and teamwork.

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge, sell appropriate merchandise, and build customer relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, outgoing attitude towards customers and the company.
• Follow all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure visual standards are met, daily restocking is completed, and adequate size runs are represented.
• Help prevent theft and maintain a neat, organized sales environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Successful performance of this role requires meeting the following requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers.
• Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and interpersonal skills for excellent customer service and store operations.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical phases in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
