. Associates in Store Support perform a variety of non-sales functions. They may ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assist customers in the lot, and provide administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required. Responsibilities include directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, and supporting key operational objectives with minimal supervision.

Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Provide non-sales support to customers and store operations, including order fulfillment and customer assistance in the lot.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise, and answer questions on product order status.
• Assist with cash handling, program compliance, and other operational tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work cooperatively with others, demonstrate time management, and stay focused on store objectives.

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work with little/some supervision and to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• High level of integrity and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with administrative tasks and store operations is a plus.
