• Be a Team Member:

• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; manage inventory and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; convey energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follow Open Door Policy and apply in business processes.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
