Responsibilities- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; adapt to business needs across areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage. - Be an Expert:
Understand quality processes for produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products per standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; comply with laws, regulations and company policies related to produce quality. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; manage inventory and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist customers per company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Model high-quality service and products; convey energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follow Open Door Policy and apply in business processes.
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
