Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary...We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote the company’s products and services; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions and processing member purchases; assist with payments according to company policies.
• Utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks; follow procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow open door policy and apply these in business processes and practices.
