Compensation& Benefits
The hourly wage for the position is $15.00 per hour. The hourly rate is one element of our Total Compensation package.

- Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
- Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
- Conduct daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
- Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections, while maintaining customer service focus to prevent loss.
- Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
- Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards and safety procedures.
- Perform duties outside of the office as needed (on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing).
- Meet company performance standards by leveraging B2B partnerships, obtaining referrals, and participating in in-store and community events.
- Maintain store security protocols and proper opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable laws; assist with store audits and financial reporting.
- Monitor store appearance and scheduling needs; coordinate maintenance as necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
- Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours per week).
- Hours may change by brand and at the company’s discretion; consult your recruiter for up-to-date requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
