Requirements

• You must be team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and offering respectful responses to all guest needs.
• Delivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated pickup area, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
• Stocking as needed to maintain inventory throughout your shift.
• Effectively managing and leading a team to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
• Coaching, teaching, and training team members on policies and creating a positive work environment.
• Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant as a key holder, leading the shift.
