Kitchen Manager

Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is a dive bar renowned for its top-notch burgers. Founded by childhood friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin, Jack Browns combines great quality with fun. We value working hard and playing hard! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, developing food prep processes, ensuring food quality, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and front-of-house team to ensure smooth communication and operations.

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment and appliances
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
