This is a full-time role for a Home Inspector. The responsibilities include performing detailed property inspections, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Home Inspector will communicate findings to clients, provide excellent customer service, and assist in identifying opportunities for new business development. This role requires a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• KY Home Inspectors License
• Experience in Property Inspections and Inspection procedures with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Property Management and the ability to provide clear and precise property assessments
• Skills in New Business Development and fostering strong client relationships
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction and effective communication
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses for home inspection are a significant asset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in construction or related fields is beneficial
