Kennel Technician

Overview

Pet Palace is looking for caring individuals to work at our professional pet boarding/daycare/grooming facilities. We are a fun team that takes pride in our jobs and most importantly, WE LOVE DOGS! We truly care about our employees and want to see everyone grow.

• Taking dogs outside and back to their designated rooms
• Managing play groups
• Cleaning/sanitizing rooms and boarding area
• Keeping inventory of pets belongings
• Taking/sending pictures to pet parents
• Feeding and medication administration
• Laundry
• Loving on our furry guests

• Animal lover
• Responsible and reliable
• Ability to handle difficult dogs in a calm professional manner with patience and kindness
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and have a neat and professional appearance
• Ability to manage play groups of up to 10-15 dogs
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Dependable transportation and phone
• Punctual
• This is a partially outdoor position so must love being outside in all weather
• Other duties as needed

$10 - $15/hour
