Position DetailsReports To:
Director of Nursing
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
The Supervisor RN provides direct, individualized nursing care to residents and supports the overall coordination of clinical services on the unit. This role functions as a clinical leader, working with the nursing team to assess resident needs, develop and modify care plans, and implement appropriate interventions. The Supervisor RN may provide oversight to LPNs and unlicensed nursing staff as directed by the Director of Nursing or Unit Nurse.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved Registered Nursing program
- Current RN license in Tennessee
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Job Type: Full-time

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start date (required)
Schedule:
12-hour shifts, rotating weekends; overnight coverage may be required
