• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) – Tennessee or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience, including ventilator management, vasoactive drips, lytics, critical patient assessment, tracheostomy care, neuro/stroke/STEMI management, and sheath care
• Previous travel nurse experience required
• Ability to float to Same Day Surgery, Medical-Surgical, and Emergency Departments as needed
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the healthcare facility

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and advanced therapies
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to Same Day Surgery, Medical-Surgical, and Emergency Departments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR
• Comply with facility policies, safety, and infection control standards
