RN - MedSurg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a requirement to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed.

We are seeking a skilled Med Surg Nurse for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Med Surg setting and be comfortable floating as required. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team effectively.

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:6.
• Utilize Cerner for charting patient information and maintaining accurate records.
• Complete required documentation and assessments in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

• BLS certification is required.
• One year of experience is required; however, two years of experience on a Med Surg floor is preferred.
• Must possess a valid TN nursing license.
