Maintenance Planner

Overview

Maintenance Planner/Scheduler – Clarksville, TN:
Responsible for developing maintenance programs and plans for preventive and corrective maintenance. Manages the work order and maintenance tracking systems.

• Work with the Reliability Engineering team to implement new assets into the CMMS system (Asset Essentials).
• Establish survey and inspection programs.
• Maximize the utilization of maintenance resources; responsible for spare parts strategy working with the tool room attendant and part suppliers.
• Ensure warranty issues are resolved.
• Participate in the preparation of the maintenance budget; provide cost estimates for projects and monitor costs against budget.
• Support turnaround activities; provide information for daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
• Run the MOPS (Maintenance Operation Planning Session).
• Maintain ongoing communication with operations management and production scheduling to gain time on equipment.

• Follow all plant rules, processes, hygiene, and allergens procedures related to production of Safe Quality Foods.
• Report unsafe conditions to the appropriate person of authority.
• Participate in SQF root cause and corrective actions as required (customer complaints, audits, validation, verification).
• Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
• Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to the appropriate authority to record/correct the situation.
• POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years related experience in planning and scheduling. The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Graphic Packaging retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.

Pay Range: $30.53/hr.
