Your Role as an Assistant Site Leader

  • Team Development & Support: Assist the Site Leader in recruiting, training, and supporting team members, helping to build a positive, motivated culture aligned with Whistle Express’s values.
  • Customer

    Experience:

    Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting our unlimited wash memberships and services.
  • Operational Excellence: Help maintain daily operations, ensuring equipment functionality, upholding safety standards, and supporting the “Sparkle Assurance” quality our customers expect.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the Site Leader to achieve sales goals by promoting memberships, upselling services, and implementing promotions that drive growth.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Assist in resolving customer concerns, addressing operational challenges, and making proactive decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and site performance.
