Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
This full-time role involves traveling within the community and offers leadership development opportunities in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist in developing individualized care plans.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to improve communication and function.
- Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for daily patient visits.
