We are building a team of talented and passionate individuals, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Salon Manager to lead and inspire our team to success.

• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, train, and mentor a team of stylists and salon staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

  Ensure every client has a high-quality experience, from their initial consultation to the final service, maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence.
• Operations Management:
  Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the salon.
• Ongoing Training:
  Participate in and facilitate ongoing training for the team to ensure everyone is up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Business Development:
  Collaborate with the salon owner to implement strategies for growth, both for the business and the individual team members, ensuring everyone achieves their personal and professional goals.

• Proven experience as a professional stylist, minimum of 2 years in the beauty industry!
• Valid Cosmetology or Master Barber license is required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage salon operations effectively, including scheduling, inventory, and cash management.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry, staying current with trends and best practices.

• Salon Managers earn 50% of services with a guaranteed $600 weekly, whichever is higher. Plus tips, bonuses on salon sales, and retail commissions. Our average manager earns approximately $50K/ year, several over $100K!
