Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

• Lead the project development from feasibility to close‑out in compliance with capital development standards.
• Ensure site stakeholder engagement to ensure operational readiness and maintainability.
• Establish and maintain project risk register and ensure required Hazop’s.
• Maintain an active project schedule and status.
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Lead project review meetings during the course of a project with site and Steer Co.
• Project deployment and a successful startup with continuous support, deploy inside project financials, achieve project timelines, comply or exceed quality targets encompassed in the project scope.

• Strong project management, problem solving and decision making skills and abilities;
  Lean Enterprise or Continuous Improvement background is a requirement.
• Highly organized; capable of multitasking across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred; other disciplines will be considered with proven experience in large project development and implementation.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a related role.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in heavy industry.
• Highly demonstrated ability in conceptual and practical planning skills.
• Strong working ability with MS Office (spreadsheets, project planners, charting etc).
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
