Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Eastview Veterinary Clinic – Clarksville, TN

Full-Time

Eastview Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused medical environment. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, the CSR plays a vital role in creating an efficient, welcoming, and compassionate experience for every pet and their owner.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent and expeditious client service both in person and over the phone

Greet clients, answer questions, and offer support in a friendly and professional manner

Process incoming and outgoing patients, handle billing and payments, and manage invoices and estimates

Answer and triage phone calls, including emergency cases and routine inquiries

Manage scheduling, voicemails, emails, and other communication platforms (e.g., AllyDVM, Express ER)

Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management software

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and organize clinic communications

Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the client waiting area and lobby

Educate clients on basic animal care, vaccines, wellness plans, and preventative medications

Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management when necessary

Support the veterinary team with basic patient handling and care as needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare-related customer service role (required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Excel, digital records, and client communication software

Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of multitasking under pressure

Knowledgeable in basic animal care and veterinary procedures

Passion for educating clients and delivering high-quality care experiences

Team player with a professional, compassionate demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a walk-in or fast-paced medical/veterinary clinic

Confident discussing preventative care, treatment recommendations, and common veterinary concerns

Interest in growing within the veterinary field and supporting clinic goals
