Assistant Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for an Assistant Project Manager in the Clarksville, TN area to help a national drywall contractor finish up a large project in the area.

This position is full-time, and expected to last until the end of February, with other work afterwards.

Duties:
-Maintain and organize project files, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and revisions
-Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and approvals; ensure timely follow-up
-Log and distribute revised drawings, bulletins, and addenda
-Assist with closeout documentation, including warranties, and as-built drawings
-Assist with material purchase orders, delivery tracking, and vendor coordination
-Perform additional administrative or project support tasks as assigned

Compensation:
-$40/hr - $45/hr
-M/V/D insurance

Qualifications:

-1-3+ years of experience in construction administration, assistant project management, or similar role
-Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, etc.) a plus
-Basic understanding of construction drawings and project workflows preferred
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
