At Thrive Early Learning Center, we believe the earliest years matter most. We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and nurturing Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher to help create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and feel at home.

• Support the Lead Teacher in caring for infants and toddlers (6 weeks–3 years)
• Provide attentive, responsive care including feeding, diapering, and soothing
• Engage children through play, music, books, and sensory activities
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Follow daily routines and schedules
• Communicate positively with families at drop-off/pick-up
• Model kindness, patience, and professionalism at all times
• Follow Tennessee licensing and health & safety standards

• Naturally nurturing and patient personality
• Reliable and punctual (our families count on us!)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working on the floor, lifting children, and staying active
• High school diploma or GED required
• Childcare experience preferred (but we will train the right person!)
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and meet state licensing requirements
