The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool and Thrive Early Learning Center are growing — and we’re building a special team of adaptable, confident teachers who love variety, teamwork, and making a difference wherever they’re needed most.

We are hiring Flexible Teachers to work between both of our Clarksville campuses, supporting infants through school age classrooms and stepping in where your skills shine brightest.

What You’ll Do
  • Support classrooms from infants through school age
  • Step into lead or assistant roles as needed
  • Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom management
  • Follow licensing standards and center procedures
  • Build relationships with children, families, and staff at both locations
  • Help keep classrooms calm, organized, and engaging
  • Be a reliable “go-to” team member when coverage or extra support is needed

Qualifications (Tennessee Licensing Requirements)
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 18+ years old
  • CPR/First Aid (or to obtain)
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, sit on floor, and actively supervise children
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
Bonus if you have:
  • CDA, TECTA, or ECE coursework
  • Experience with multiple age groups
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
