This is an on-site, full-time Client Account Manager role located in Clarksville, TN. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their needs effectively. Primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating efficient communication between clients and internal teams. This role also involves assisting with project management and contributing to the overall growth and success of client businesses.

• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, and ability to maintain professional correspondence
• Project management skills, including task prioritization and time management
• Detail-oriented approach with an analytical mindset to solve client challenges
• Highly proficient in Accounting processes and programs
• Proficiency in relevant business software and technology tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required
• Experience in client relationship management or a similar role is a plus
