The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience and will be discussed with your recruiter during the hiring process.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with the team; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence; keeps work area clean and in accordance with company policies; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Models high-quality service and products; values the member experience in the meat area; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; seeks opportunities for improvement and adapts to changes and feedback.
