Position Summary:

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and play an important role in stocking, maintaining sanitary conditions, and providing excellent customer service in the deli department. You will help keep our products safe and members satisfied.

• Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area.
• Perform safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and steel‑standard guidelines.
• Handle claims, returns, zoning, receiving, stocking, and setting up product displays.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting purchasing decisions, and resolving concerns.
• Follow food‑handling policies, clean equipment, monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within specified time.
• Experience with stocking and customer service is preferred.

• Experience in a retail or food service environment.
• Prior experience in freezer, cooler, or deli stocking.
