Overview
The General Manager position is the Restaurant Leader for the location. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, ensuring high employee performance, and adhering to company policies and practices. The GM uses established systems and processes to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop the restaurant team. This position reports to the District Manager.

- Minimum two years management experience
- High school education
