Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Clark Rehab and Skilled Nursing
The Housekeeping and plays a key role in providing the residents, staff and public with a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment by planning, organizing, and directing the housekeeping and laundry staff operations in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff; plan, organize, and direct operations in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership to motivate team members, supervise aides, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with residents and team to maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff:
Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence. - One year of experience in an institutional housekeeping department.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
