Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple communities across Louisville, Clarksville, and New Albany
. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable technician who enjoys variety and problem-solving across properties. We offer $22 - $25.00/hour

- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- 1+ years' experience in general maintenance or carpentry
- Dry walling experience including painting
- Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
