Overview
Join the Onsite Property Attendant role at Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. The position is onsite and requires the attendant to oversee post‑hours property maintenance, housekeeping assistance, and guest services.
Responsibilities- Maintenance:
Managing work orders, preventative maintenance, janitorial tasks, and cleaning of public areas. - Inventory:
Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools. - Housekeeping:
Prepping rooms for housekeepers, removing linens, trash, and reviewing maintenance needs. - Emergency Procedures:
Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs. - Guest Services:
Assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after‑hours, providing excellent customer service. - On Call Needs:
Regularly being on call overnight for after‑hours guest needs. - Other Duties as Assigned.
- Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasionally ladders.
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
- Hourly Rate:
Dependent on experience, $15.00 - $17.00. - Daily Pay Access:
