• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and escalate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.)

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
• Dignified character that models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Clarksville is a residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Set on a sprawling 10-acre property and housed in modern, state-of-the-art premises, this facility provides a supportive environment for clients to cleanse themselves of substances and begin healing. With a strong clinical program and round-the-clock care, each client is given every tool necessary to rediscover themselves and chart a new path in life.
