The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Materials Management in the supervision and management of the materials management operation. The assistant will input orders, receive supplies and equipment from the hospital and surrounding clinics, and conduct sound inventory management techniques and customer support operations for the department.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Two (2) years' experience in inventory control and hospital purchasing preferred. Computer experience is preferred. Training is provided.
