Production Worker - Fast-Paced Manufacturing Opportunity in Clarksville, AR

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.75/hr

• Assist operators to meet production and customer requirements while following quality and safety procedures
• Catch tubes exiting the draw operation and inspect for defects
• Alert the Draw Bench Operator to any product issues
• Release mandrel bars and insert into troughs for the next draw
• Review current orders to set temperature, speed, and material tie-downs accurately
• Place saddles on the furnace in-feed table and properly tie down materials to skids
• Untie the cleared materials, bundle them, and attach travel tickets
• Maintain production records for each order
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

• 3 months on-the-job training or relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and work procedures
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Strong mechanical aptitude, self-directed, and results-driven
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 35-50 lbs repeatedly
• Excellent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
