Position OverviewAs part of the talented Thunder Jet team, team members will assist in the manufacturing of Thunder Jet Aluminum boats by fabricating aluminum components in preparation for welding and installation. This is an entry level position that may include, but not limited to, the following job duties and responsibilities.

Essential Functions- Prepare and distribute parts to their appropriate location within the facility.
- Perform and log daily and weekly maintenance on all equipment.
- Operate overhead crane system, CNC router, press brake, chop saw, band saw, shear, and other equipment as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and identify risks and hazards prior to job completion.
- Follow written and verbal directions.
- May be required to perform other duties as needed.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production needs.
- Candidate must be reliable. Regular attendance is required.
- Attention to detail and focus on the given task.
- Willingness to work overtime to complete daily tasks or projects.
- Working knowledge of a variety of equipment and hand/power tools.
- Ability to follow established safety processes including hearing protection and PPE requirements.
- Must be willing and able to lift to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to continually learn and grow.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, and sit. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level is moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.20–$21.75 per hour (grade 2.5–3.0). The actual base pay offered will vary depending on knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, and location. This position is eligible to participate in Brunswick’s benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) with company match, Health Savings Account with company contribution, wellbeing program, product purchase discounts, and more.
