CNA - Nurse Assistant

Our Nurse Assistants are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living, and they are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team recognize potential medical issues.

Starting wage: $17.15 per hour, with yearly wage increases and $3.40 per hour Hero Pay.
You will earn $20.35 starting wages!!

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts available – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time days available
• Part‑time nights available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, morning and evening mouth care, shaving, dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as needed to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program with current Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
