Registrar Office Assistant

The Registrar Office Assistant provides administrative support to the registration, reporting and student records functions of the Registrar's Office.

* Collects class grades from instructional staff and issues student grade reports.

* Enters student graduate information in the master file, reviews proof from printer and submits to Registrar.

* Prepares orders for diplomas, caps and gowns.

* Enters data from forms, records, reports and/or other sources into the computerized student information system.

* Assists in maintaining student records.

* Assists co-workers with basic questions and problems ... to the computerized student information system; and communicates deadlines to faculty and staff.

* Scan records, transcripts and other information into College's imaging system

* Manages imaging system archives by scanning student records into imaging system

* Enters data from forms, records, reports and/or other sources into the computerized student information system

* Assists co-workers with basic questions and problems relating to the computerized student information system

* Assists the Registrar with entering student graduate information into student information system

* Performs other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
* and* One (1) year of work related experience
